By selecting Repeat transfer, all the previous transfer details, except the date, will be automatically copied. Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to My requests on the left-side menu of your dashboard;

How can I add, edit, or delete an account’s nickname?There are two ways to add or edit a nickname to a corporate account. Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site, then:

Click on Add nickname to choose a unique nickname and Save; or
Click Edit nickname next to an account; then
Click on Save or Delete. -

Sweeps
What is the sweep service?The sweep service is a one-time activity that allows you to transfer funds between multiple accounts in a seamless manner. This service ensures no incoming payment obligations are returned or rejected for insufficient funds. At the end of each business day, a sweep service automatically transfers amounts that exceed or fall short of a certain level between multiple accounts. Simply, the excess cash in one account is swept to cover any short positions on other accounts.How can I create a sweep request?
Your company's inputter can create a sweep request by selecting from the sweep instructions options. The request then goes to the company's authoriser to be either verified and approved or rejected.
To create a sweep request:Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Click on Sweeps;
Click on New sweep;
Select a Sweep type and the accounts you want to link to this sweep; then
Click on Submit.
Note: By default, all sweeps are executed at the end of the business day.What types of sweep services does Zand provide?We provide three types of sweep services:

The insufficient balance sweep allows you to fund any shortfall in a selected account funded by two cover accounts.
An automatic sweep happens, from the cover account(s) to the base account, whenever there is an insufficient balance in the base account. - The maintain maximum balance sweep allows you to sweep a specific amount from a target account to another account.
It is used to move funds out of an account whenever the balance reaches a specific limit. - The maintain minimum balance sweep allows you to fund a target account for a specific amount using funds from another account.
It ensures that whenever the balance in the customer account goes below a certain amount, money is swept in from another store.
How can I set up an insufficient balance sweep?To create an insufficient balance sweep request:

User access management
What is an administrator?The administrator is the person in your company responsible for setting up, modifying and removing non-financial users on Zand Digital Corporate Banking.What are the system users?
Users are people in your company responsible for performing financial activities on Zand Digital Corporate Banking.
The roles of the users differ. Based on their access, users can perform various transactions, from transfers, set up sweep, to request loans, and more. The company's administrator is responsible for managing the user profile of all non-financial users.How many users are required to open a corporate account?If your company is a sole proprietorship, it can be operated by a single user only.
If not, at least two users are needed to open a corporate account. The first user will be the Maker/ Inputter, who will enter the account opening details and assign the users. The second user will be the Authoriser who will authorise the account opening and assign the authorisers to operate it.What are the user types on Zand Digital Corporate Banking?There are six non-financial user types:
- Viewer: The person(s) appointed by your company with viewing rights to view various non-financial services. A viewer can access various accounts and reports on the Digital Corporate Banking site in line with the Entitled Rights.
- Inputter: The person(s) appointed by your company to initiate transactions in line with the Entitled Rights.
- Checker: The person(s) appointed by the company to verify transactions before sending them to the authorisers.
- Authoriser: The only person(s) entitled to authorise online transactions on behalf of your company, in line with the Entitled Rights.
- Releaser: The person(s) appointed by the company with the rights to release transactions authorised per the authority matrix.
- Administrator: The person(s). authorised by your company to modify the Entitled Rights, manage all non-financial users’ access to Zand Digital Corporate Banking and perform such other customary administrative actions as required from time to time.
How can I add a new user?To add a new user:
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Click on User management; then
Click on New user.
How can I view, edit, or delete a user's details?To view, edit or delete a user:
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on your dashboard's left-side menu; then
Click on User management to display the list of all users.
To view, click on View details next to any user.
To edit, click on Edit next to any user. Enter the required details, then Save.
To delete, click on Delete next to any user. Confirm, then click on Ok.Will I be able to reactivate a deleted user?Deleted users cannot be reactivated, but your company’s administrator can always add a new user.What are user groups?Based on your company's authority matrix, users are segregated into groups based on their roles and permissions.Can a user exist without a group?Yes. Standing instructions
What is a standing instruction?A Standing instruction is a service that allows you to automatically transfer a set amount regularly from one account to another. By setting up an SI, your transactions will be processed automatically instead of initiating a specific transaction each time.How can I view, edit or cancel a standing instruction?
To view, edit or cancel a standing instruction:
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on your dashboard's left-side menu; then
Click on Standing instructions.
- To view, click on View details next to a standing instruction.
- To edit, click on Edit next to a standing instruction. You will be directed to another screen where you can edit the standing instruction details, then Submit.
- To cancel, click on Cancel next to a standing instruction, confirm and click on Yes. Provide the Cancelation reason, then click on Cancel.
How can I set up a standing instruction?To set up a standing instruction:
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on your dashboard's left-side menu;
Click on Standing instructions; then
Click on New standing instruction.
Can I hold/pause a standing instruction without cancelling it?To hold or pause a standing instruction:
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on the left-side menu of your dashboard;

Confirm and click on Yes.
How can I resume my standing instruction?To resume a standing instruction:

What is the Credit Programme (CP)?The CP is a fully digital working capital product designed to meet the financing needs of our corporate customers through a tripartite agreement between Zand, the buyer and its suppliers.
This product creates an ecosystem that allows suppliers with unestablished financial standing to increase their working capital by leveraging their relationship to an Anchor Buyer with a good financial status.
How can I apply for the Credit Programme?Our corporate customers will be eligible for this product based on their risk and credit rating. To apply for our CP, please contact your Relationship Manager.What are the benefits of the Credit Programme?This programme is designed to provide working capital for buyers to cover their financial obligations. - To edit, click on Edit next to a standing instruction. You will be directed to another screen where you can edit the standing instruction details, then Submit.
- To cancel, click on Cancel next to a standing instruction, confirm and click on Yes. Provide the Cancelation reason, then click on Cancel.
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on your dashboard's left-side menu;
Click on Standing instructions; then
Click on New standing instruction.

Go to Other services on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Click on Standing instructions;
Click on Hold next to a standing instruction; then
Confirm and click on Yes.

Go to Other services on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Click on Standing instructions;
Click on Resume next to a standing instruction that's been on hold; then
Confirm and click on Yes.

Go to Deposits on the left-side menu of your dashboard. Click on View deposit;
Click on Withdraw next to a deposit;
Select the Withdrawal type (partial or full) and If making a partial withdrawal, enter the Withdrawal amount; then

Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Transfers on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Click on Beneficiaries;
Select Delete next to a beneficiary; then
Confirm and Delete.
Log in to the Zand Corporate app;
Go to Transfers on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Click on New transfer;
Select the account from which you want to transfer money;
Select a beneficiary from the list of saved beneficiaries; then
Enter the Amount and click Submit.
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Other services on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Click on Authority matrix; then
Click on Delete or Edit next to an authority matrix rule.
Log in to the Zand Digital Corporate Banking site;
Go to Tasks on the left-side menu of your dashboard;
Select the tasks from the list by clicking on the checkboxes on the left; then
Click on Approve or Reject.
