What happens next?

After you have raised a complaint with us, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm that we have initiated the resolution process and to explain the next steps.

Our teams are committed to address your concerns and resolve any issues within 30 business days of receiving your complaint. However, some complaints may require more time, but we will keep you informed about the reasons for the delays and the resolution process.

If you are not satisfied with our final response, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Central Bank of the UAE ( within 6 months of the date of our final response.
